Is it free for candidates?

Yes. Always free for candidates.

How do employers pay?

Posting is free. Employers can feature a job for $25 (one-time, 14 days) for top placement.

How do Fast-Reply (Beacon) badges work?

Badges are earned on measured data (median reply time & 24h reply rate) and can be revoked if performance slips.

Do you sell my data?

No. Forms go to Formspree; payments run on Stripe. We don't sell data, and we don't publish personal info.

Do I need a resume?

No. A 120–180 word Written Spotlight plus 2 links (projects, writing samples) works great.

How fast will I hear back?

We show live reply stats. Many Fast-Reply employers respond within hours; if not within 24h, we re-aim your outreach.

Can I remove my info?

Yes. Use the report/contact form; we delete outreach payloads within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

Where are the jobs?

We start focused (one role × one city) and expand as response data grows to keep quality high.
